Verinite wins a major consulting assignment to lead a card system transformation engagement for Vietnamese Bank
Verinite has been exclusively focused on bringing together banking domain, technology and business expertise for banks and finance organizations in emerging economies like ASEAN. Verinite has signed-up with a one of the fastest growing bank based out of Hanoi, Vietnam. The bank has grown dramatically (since 2010) with the development and implementation of the strategic transformation program and has chosen Verinite to lead the card transformation initiative.
As part of this engagement, Verinite has been entrusted with the responsibility to identify, select and implement the right platform for its cards business (credit + debit + prepaid). Also, Verinite will review and refine banks business model, including operational work streams to develop an overarching credit cards growth strategy.
Verinite’s mandate includes developing the transition framework, creating and communicating transition principles, and conducting vendor evaluation to enable banks transition from multi-system legacy infrastructure to an integrated cards platform.
