Kiran Krishnamurthy is a growth-focused business leader with 20+ years of experience across consulting, technology services, business expansion, and digital transformation in global markets.
As Business Unit Head for Australia and New Zealand at Verinite Technologies, he leads regional strategy, growth and expansion, client partnerships, and operational excellence. He has been a key contributor to Verinite’s growth in the region and is part of the leadership team driving expansion into new geographies. He is known for his customer-centric, execution-driven leadership style.
Kiran is originally from Mysuru, Karnataka, India, and holds a degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering from Vidya Vikas Institute of Engineering & Technology, Mysuru.
Kiran began his career as a Software Engineer in the Cards & Payments domain and progressed through roles across technology, business analysis, presales, sales, and business leadership.
Prior to Verinite, he worked with Software Paradigms International, followed by consulting roles at Kanbay (later acquired by Capgemini). He then joined Attra, a specialist payments services firm later acquired by Synechron, where he advanced from Business Analyst to Pre-sales and then Senior Director – Sales, driving growth and client engagement. After relocating to Australia in 2015, he expanded operations across Australia and New Zealand, partnering with leading banks on large-scale transformation programs. His experience spans India, Canada, the UK, and Australia across consulting, IT services, outsourcing, and financial services transformation.
Kiran’s leadership journey reflects a strong focus on driving growth, developing strong teams, and building scalable business capabilities within evolving organizations. He thrives in complex environments where he shapes strategy, strengthens execution, and delivers measurable outcomes.
He is recognized for a practical, hands-on leadership style that balances strategic direction with execution. With over two decades in Banking and Financial Services, he brings deep domain expertise, strong commercial acumen, and a proven track record of enabling growth and transformation.
